Parker is an experienced international expansion professional and has advised numerous private and public institutions on establishing and managing their international operations.

At Harvard Global, Parker works closely with Harvard faculty and staff, as well as global vendors and government authorities, to establish and manage in-country administrative support for selected overseas projects and sites. Parker deftly manages the administrative tasks so that the faculty and staff are able to focus on their research and project activities. His responsibilities include client outreach and managing current client relationships. He also oversees the setup and ongoing maintenance of country entities, which includes coordinating payroll, accounting, HR, legal, and compliance services.

Prior to joining Harvard Global, Parker began his professional career providing guidance on and developing processes to support international activities for commercial, higher education, and nonprofit institutions. He also has firsthand experience working in India and the U.K., where he managed global finance and administrative teams. Parker holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College in international studies and Asian studies (Japanese) and has lived in India and Japan. Outside of work, Parker loves to swim, bike, water ski, read (especially all Murakami books), and travel.
