Parker is an experienced international expansion professional and has advised numerous private and public institutions on establishing and managing their international operations.

At Harvard Global, Parker works closely with Harvard faculty and staff, as well as global vendors and government authorities, to establish and manage long-term, in-country administrative support for selected overseas projects and sites through Harvard Global, our affiliated nonprofit legal entity. Parker deftly manages global operations so that the faculty and staff are able to focus on their research and project activities. His responsibilities include overseeing the setup and ongoing maintenance of country entities, and helping with short-term questions related to imports/exports, outbound visas, and general program questions.

Prior to joining Harvard Global, Parker was a consultant and provide guidance on and developed processes to support international activities for commercial, higher education, and not-for-profit institutions. He also has firsthand experience working in India and the U.K., where he managed global finance and administrative teams. Parker holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College in international studies and Asian studies (Japanese) and has lived in India and Japan. Outside of work, Parker loves to swim, bike, water ski, read (especially all Murakami books), and travel.
