Our employment service supports Harvard University physicists and post-docs working at the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN).

Answering Universal Questions

We're able to employ Harvard physicists and post-docs working at CERN in Switzerland thanks to a special agreement between the Swiss government and CERN. As a joint venture among 22 member states, CERN relies on the collaboration and the free flow of labor to drive its work and support its mission. Although we don't have a legal entity in Switzerland, the agreement allows for work authorization and relief from certain tax regulations that enable us to employ and pay via our U.S. entity.
