Belynda is an administrative and operational professional with more than a decade of organizational development, leadership, and financial experience in international nonprofit settings.

At Harvard Global,Belynda supports the international consultants and operations staff. She oversees strategy in three distinct areas: (i) global operations; (ii) consulting services; and (iii) organizational strategic direction with a focus on systems and finance. Belynda also leads the development of innovative results to address complex challenges for Harvard Global, for which she manages the framework, business solutions, and infrastructure that supports small, diverse, country operations, each facing different regulations, constraints, and needs.

Prior to HG, Belynda spent a substantive portion of her career living and working overseas, where she provided organizational development, financial advice, auditing services, and systems and capacity building support to countries in the Eastern Caribbean and Africa. Most of her international work focused on health care delivery systems and trainings; however, she has also supported many NGOs with office registrations, reporting guidelines, and information, education, and communications. Belynda collaborated in the establishment of an NGO in Ethiopia and was Chief of Party for a USAID mission dedicated to supporting NGOs in their fight against HIV/AIDS. She also worked with several U.S.-based organizations on childhood obesity and school lunch programs.
