Sydney's editorial background and experiences living, studying, and working in the Middle East enable her to efficiently manage several projects across Harvard Global.

She supports a range of activities for Harvard Global and our clients, including tracking compliance for our overseas entities and the life cycle of grants managed through Harvard Global’s U.S. entity. Sydney also manages operations for Harvard Global’s branch in Tunisia.

Prior to joining the International Consulting & Operations team in GSS, Sydney worked as a Security Assistant for GSS’ International Safety & Security team. While living in Cairo, Sydney worked as Assistant Editor for the Cairo Review of Global Affairs and continues to work freelance as a Contributing Editor. She has bylines in the journal as well as for the BRICS Post, News@Northeastern, Centre for Strategic and Contemporary Research, and the Boston Consortium for Arab Region Studies, where she worked as Research Associate.

Sydney holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and international affairs from Northeastern University, with a minor in Arabic and a concentration in security studies. In her free time, she enjoys running and practicing yoga.
