How We Support You

Our services help Harvard programs manage compliant, long- or short-term operations abroad, offering you a shared global infrastructure and providing clear, competitive, and predictable pricing tailored to each project and location.

Eligibility

Short & Long-Term Support

Our services cater to Harvard University-affiliated programs seeking the opportunity to tap into international research funding and donations or a sustained presence abroad. We’re continually exploring opportunities to expand our operational footprint to align with clients' project requirements. Our capacity to support your project is contingent on several factors, including duration, funding availability, and our legal status to operate in specific locations.

What We'll Do for You

From Start to Finish

Navigating overseas requirements can be challenging. Our job is to manage the operational compliance aspects of your project so you can focus on the program and research activities. At the outset, we'll work with you to identify your operational needs and challenges, including a review of location-specific requirements for your project. Then we use that information to create a customized proposal and service agreement for your project. While we manage the start-up and ongoing administrative, legal, and financial operations, you retain programmatic control and direct the use of funds for your project’s activities.

Advantages

Simplified & Connected

Our affiliation with Harvard University ensures that we operate in accordance with the University's values and policies while also being able to provide common processes and global infrastructure through shared resources and personnel. And because we’re a separate legal entity, we're able to help you pursue additional gift and grant funding opportunities abroad and in the US.

Fees & Costs

Clear & Competitive

Where applicable, we offer a competitive pricing structure for our services. At the outset, we'll scope your project to create a multi-stage proposal and budget based on your project's needs and the location-specific expenses. All costs, including our service fee and/or indirect costs (for grant management), are mutually agreed upon and outlined in detail in our service agreement with you. Our standard, predictable service fee simplifies your budgeting and takes the guesswork out of international operations.
